Orders are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post or by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded service, (subject to size and weight) for which a signature on receipt is required.

Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Parcel Post - proof of posting is always obtained.

International items are sent by Air Mail.

No responsibility can be taken for orders once posted; however, help will be given if claims against Royal Mail are necessary.

Parcels using Royal Mail parcel service should take up to 7 working days.

International deliveries times (outside the UK) depend on the destination. Responsibility for local taxes and duties lie with the customer or receipt in all circumstances.
